Oscar Pistorius

Oscar was born on 11-22-86 and had no fibula in both legs so his legs (below the knee) amputated.

He is a very good runner and is better than most people because he does not have to use as much energy as most runners do.

One great accomplishment of his is the 400m in 46.90 seconds in the 2007 Olympics.

Later, people of the IAAF voted and banned him from competing in normal races. He is still living today.
